Common Issues & Quick Fixes

âš¡ Inverter Problems

Inverter is beeping continuously
+
Check the LCD display for an error code. Common causes: (1) Overload — disconnect non-essential appliances; (2) Low battery — charge from grid or wait for solar; (3) High temperature — ensure adequate ventilation. Share the error code with our team if you can't resolve it.
Inverter not switching on
+
Check: (1) Battery voltage — should be 48V+ for 48V systems; (2) All DC circuit breakers are ON; (3) Battery terminals are connected and tight; (4) No blown fuses on the DC side. If all checks pass, contact our support team.
Inverter shows grid fault (F06)
+
F06 typically means the grid voltage or frequency is out of acceptable range, or there is no grid supply. The inverter automatically switches to battery mode. This is normal during load-shedding. If it shows when grid is present, check your changeover switch position and AC input wiring.

🔋 Battery Problems

Battery draining faster than expected
+
Possible causes: (1) Added more appliances — check your load; (2) Battery capacity has degraded — book a battery health check; (3) Incorrect battery settings on inverter — verify battery type and capacity settings match your battery; (4) Parasitic loads — check for devices left on standby.
Battery not charging from solar panels
+
Check: (1) Are panels facing the sun? Check for shading; (2) Is PV input breaker/switch ON?; (3) Check MPPT settings on inverter; (4) Check that battery is not already full; (5) Inspect MC4 connections for damage or corrosion. If still not charging, book a technician visit.
Battery swelling or hot to touch
+
âš  URGENT: Disconnect the battery immediately and do NOT charge it. Move it to an open, ventilated area away from flammable materials. Contact our support team immediately. Swelling batteries (especially lithium) can be a fire hazard and must be properly disposed of.
